Filming a music video and a short documentary for exceptional pianist Rieko Makita
Rieko approached me to film her latest work, Light Within Darkness, during one of the rehearsal for her performance in the Britten Theatre, London, ahead of her performance at the Royal College of Music.
There was a challenge though, we only had 4 full-takes to create the best version possible and the immersive projective behind her was also being rehearsed! Lot of unknowns but I do love a challenge and I believe the result is incredible. Watch the full video on YouTube
