FAQ

  • All Christmas gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, giving the recipient plenty of time to book.

  • They just message me with your email address as reference and we pick a date together. From there, we discuss all the details around the shoot as I would do with any other clients. This means: location, outfits, moodboard, etc.

  • Absolutely. Couples, friends and families are all welcome. The only thing to keep in mind is that the gift card covers one photoshoot session. For example, three people wanting three separate individual sessions would require three bookings, not one.

  • Yes. As long as it is within London zones one to three. Anything further may require an additional travel fee.

  • Of course. They can add extra time, extra photos or upgrade to a different package by paying the difference.

  • Gift cards are non refundable, but they are transferable. If the original person cannot use it, they can give it to someone else.

  • Life happens. They can reschedule once without any extra cost as long as they give at least 24 hours notice.

  • Not at all. If the weather is truly impossible to shoot in, we pick a new date or go for an indoor option.

  • No. Gift card sessions come with the number of edited photos stated in the package. They can buy additional edits if they want more.

  • Yes. The gift card covers your fee. Studio rental is extra and depends on the studio they choose.
